The first drink stop is in Collepardo, in the coffee bar “Sarandrea”, where you can taste an artisanal toasted coffee or the Ratafìa Ciociara (cherry liqueur) and the Sambuca “Vecchia”. A delicious chocolate is waiting for you at the Chartreuse of Trisulti and then you can have a typical lunch of homemade egg pasta and a selection of cheese and cold cuts in the center of the medieval village of Veroli.
Riding to the Southeast you will find a lot of olive Groves in the villages of Vico nel Lazio and Collepardo. Pristine rivers and green hills with fresh air accompany you during the ride.
