The natural area of the Ernici Mountains offers many green and pristine places; it is pleasant to ride in the cool temperatures, 800 to 1000 m above the sea level. A long downhill shows the beauty of the valley.
A climb of the Giro d’Italia awaits you, testing your fitness in 8 km of an ascending time trial. Along the road to Piglio, you will see the gravel path where Pope John Paul II used to walk during his visits to the area.
The last stop is in Piglio, to savor a glass of Cesanese red wine.
