The waters of Fiuggi Terme carry out their therapeutic actions in different ways. The water prevents the formation of kidney stones and causes their expulsion; it also is particularly suitable for the preparation of a urinary stone operation, and for the post-operative treatment.
It is also an effective remedy for urinary tract infections and, because of the amplification of the metabolism of uric acid, it promotes the treatment of gout and uric crystal arthropathy. Although the water of Fiuggi Terme is bottled and distributed throughout Italy, the best way to enjoy its benefits is to drink it directly from the source.

In order to initiate the administrative practice for the thermal therapies, you must:
– Get approved for the spa with a prescription (the pink prescription) issued by your primary care physician indicating the diagnosis and treatment of disease to be made;
– Pay a ticket of € 50.00 (certain categories are exempt from paying the ticket with fixed payment of € 3.10):

• seniors over 65 with family income up to € 36,151.98
• welfare recipients
• Children up to six years

Undergo a medical examination at the Spa clinic in order to confirm the diagnosis prescribed by the doctor, (included in the payment of the ticket);
– Close the file at the end of spa treatments.
