AGE RESTRICTIONS   Children under 14 years old are not allowed to visit the spa. Children   14-18 years old are welcome to the spa if accompanied by an adult.

ARRIVAL IN THE SPA – It is highly recommended to come to the spa reception at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time of your treatment. In case of late arrival it will not be possible to extend the duration of the treatment.

CANCELLATIONS– No penalties are applied for cancellations or modifications of treatments 24 hours before their beginning, 50 % from the cost of the cancelled treatment will be applied for cancellations less than 24 hours before the treatment starts. 100% of the cost of the cancelled treatment will be applied for cancellations less than 12 hours before the treatment (Spa visitors not residing in the hotel, will be requested to provide us with their credit card number as a guarantee of their reservation of the spa-treatments).

HEALTH CONDITIONS– Spa visitors are kindly requested to inform the spa-operators about serious health issues, allergies ecc. Pregnant women and visitors suffering from high blood pressure or various cardiological or any other serious pathologies are recommended to consult their doctor before starting any treatment.

– do not use contact lenses during the facial treatments

– any shaving should be done at least 1 hour before the beginning of the treatment

IT IS RECOMMENDED  to use a hygienic cap  if you have dyed hair to avoid staining .
