Food and Wine
The cuisine is an active expression of rural and rustic life in Fiuggi and Ciociaria, and with us you can discover ancient flavors and earthy, and many genuine products.
We have renowned cheese, sheep ricotta, wine and home-made pasta: gnocchetti with tuna sauce, fini fini (tagliolini of pasta), fettuccine alla ciociara, the characteristic pizza di Fiuggi with Mortadella or Guarcino Ham. It’s impossible to forget the famous Cesanese, a red wine made on our sweet hills.
Guarcino ham, Italian salame and coppiette are the best cold cuts that enrich our table. Finally you have to taste our Amaretti di Fiuggi (almonds cookies). Don’t miss a visit at our distillery (Sarandrea of Collepardo, Chartreuse of Trisulti, and Colazingari of Alatri) where you taste: grappa, gentian, ratafia and a lot of more.
